Clarity Session for High Performers in Transition

Coaching for Leaders and High Performers Navigating Disruption

When you're built to perform but don't know what comes next, you need more than advice. You need a clear path.

You've been successful. You've led teams, built businesses, competed at high levels, or delivered results others couldn't. But now something has shifted.

Maybe you've hit a career crossroads. Lost your role. Burned out. Outgrown your current path. Or you're facing a crisis that's forcing you to rethink everything.

You're not stuck because you lack capability. You're stuck because the old playbook no longer works, and you haven't built the new one yet.

At Harshlight, we work with leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, and high achievers who need to navigate transition without losing momentum. This is coaching for people who operate at your level.

We're offering a limited number of free clarity sessions. Two focused conversations to help you find direction and move forward.

Who This Is For

This session is designed for:

Leaders in transition. You've left or lost a senior role and need to rebuild with intention, not panic.

Entrepreneurs facing crossroads. Your business has stalled, sold, or failed. You need to decide what's next.

High performers in crisis. You're dealing with burnout, identity loss, or a situation that has destabilized your foundation.

Athletes or competitors transitioning out. You've operated at elite levels but need to translate that into your next chapter.

Anyone who knows the old path no longer fits. You're ready for something different but don't yet know what that looks like.

If you're used to operating at a high level and need someone who understands that context, this is for you.

What You'll Get

Two 30-minute 1:1 sessions:

Session 1: Clarity on what's actually going on

We'll talk through where you are, what's changed, and what matters most to you now. Not surface-level career advice—deep, honest conversation about what drives you and where you're truly stuck.

Between sessions: Analysis and direction-building

I'll review your background, skills, and goals to identify possible paths that align with who you are and what you're capable of.

Session 2: Personalized guidance and next steps

You'll receive tailored direction based on our work together—clear options, actionable next steps, and the energy to move forward.

You'll leave with clarity, momentum, and a plan built for someone at your level

Why This Matters

Transition is hardest for high performers. You're used to knowing what to do. You've built your identity on competence, achievement, and control. When that gets disrupted, it shakes everything.

Most coaching isn't designed for people like you. It's generic, process-driven, and doesn't account for the complexity of what you're navigating.

This is different. Marc Richard has coached C-suite executives, elite athletes, entrepreneurs, and leaders through the moments that define careers. He understands high performance, identity loss, and how to rebuild when everything has shifted.

What You Can Expect

Two focused sessions with Harshlight founder Marc Richard, who has:

  • Coached senior executives through career transitions and crisis

  • Supported entrepreneurs rebuilding after business failure or exit

  • Worked with athletes and high performers transitioning to new chapters

  • Led hundreds of individuals through disruption, loss, and reinvention

This is not generic career coaching. This is support for people who have operated at a high level and need to rebuild from there.

A Note from Marc

If you're reading this, something has brought you to a point where you need to rethink what's next. That's not weakness. It's reality.

I've worked with leaders, entrepreneurs, and high performers who thought they had it figured out—until they didn't. The strongest people I know are the ones who admitted when something needed to change and had the courage to rebuild.

If you're there now, I'd like to help. Book a session and let's talk.
